Terms of Service

The service

Kadalaas provides organisation software across five surfaces — ID, EMS, CMS, ATMX and Mail — under one account. These terms cover all of them. The services are under active development: features change, maintenance causes downtime, and staging data can be reset. What we promise is described here, not in marketing copy.

Accounts

• Register with accurate information; one individual per account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials and devices secure, and for everything done under your account.
• Organisation owners are responsible for the members they admit and the roles they grant.

Acceptable use

You must not use Kadalaas to break the law, harm others, probe or degrade the services, or circumvent access controls. For Mail in particular:

• Send only mail your recipients agreed to receive, and comply with the anti-spam law wherever they are.
• You are responsible for mail sent through your domains and mailboxes, including imports you trigger.

We may rate-limit, suspend or remove accounts that abuse the services, with or without warning where abuse is ongoing.

Your content

You own what you put into Kadalaas. You grant us only the licence needed to host, transmit and display it as the services require — nothing broader, and it ends when the content is deleted.

Third-party connections

Connecting Google, GoDaddy or any other third party subjects that use to their terms as well as these. You are responsible for the keys and permissions you grant; disconnecting stops future use but cannot recall records already pushed to a registrar's zone.

No warranty

The services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind — availability, fitness for a purpose, or freedom from defects. Do not run anything on Kadalaas whose loss would be irreplaceable; keep your own backups of important mail and records.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Kadalaas is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Termination

You may stop using Kadalaas at any time and ask for deletion at privacy@kadalaas.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the date above moves. Continuing to use Kadalaas after a change means you accept the new terms.
